Francisco Alberto Cedeño Amparo is a Dominican fugitive who was sentenced to 114 years in prison in Puerto Rico for homicide and attempted murder. He escaped during his court proceedings in 2008 and fled to the Dominican Republic, where he was later arrested in 2016. Recently, the Supreme Court of Justice of the Dominican Republic authorized his extradition to the United States to serve his sentence.
