
Francisco de Herrera Campuzano
Francisco de Herrera Campuzano was a Spanish explorer and colonizer who founded the town of San Lorenzo de Aburrá in present-day Colombia in 1616. This settlement eventually evolved into the significant city of Medellín, which is now the second most important city in Colombia and the capital of the Antioquia department.
