Francisco Guinard

Francisco Guinard is the subadministrator of the Autoridad Nacional para la Innovación Gubernamental (AIG) in Panama, where he plays a key role in the implementation of digital solutions aimed at enhancing government services. Recently, he announced the integration of the Panamá Conecta platform, which allows citizens to report traffic violations, including the misuse of parking spaces for people with disabilities.
