Francisco Javier Pistilli

Francisco Javier Pistilli is the Bishop of the Diocese of Encarnación, Paraguay. He is known for his leadership within the local Catholic community and for his involvement in various religious and cultural events in the region. Recently, he was in the news for officiating a ceremonial mass during the celebrations of the 410th anniversary of the founding of the city of Encarnación.
