Francisco Javier Santiago Regalado, also known as 'Puga', is an artist and founder of the Faro de Oriente, one of the first centers in the Faros de la CDMX project. Recently, he has been in the news due to the termination of his collaboration with the Faros, amid ongoing protests by workshop leaders and coordinators who are voicing concerns about labor conditions and payment issues within the cultural project.
