Francisco José Yáñez Centeno y Arvizu has been appointed as the head of the Secretariat for Personal Data Protection at the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information, and Personal Data Protection (Inai), following the removal of Jonathan Mendoza due to alleged misconduct related to the Mexican Football Federation (Femexfut).
