Francisco Leandri

Francisco Leandri, 73, is a retired historian who has lived near the Puerta del Sol since 1992. He arrived during a time of urban decline, and through community activism, witnessed the neighborhood's gradual improvement. However, in recent years, he has faced the challenge of being the sole resident in his building, surrounded by illegal tourist apartments that disrupt his once-peaceful living environment, forcing him to seek community elsewhere.
