Francisco Rojas Gutiérrez

Francisco Rojas Gutiérrez, a prominent member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), served as the director of both Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) and the Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE).
