Françoise Gilley

Françoise Gilley is a renowned wine merchant and co-owner of Terroirs in Dublin, which is celebrated for its exclusive selection of wines, particularly from France. Originally from Saumur in the Loire Valley, she has made significant contributions to the Irish wine scene since launching her shop in 1994, and was awarded the prestigious title of Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite Agricole by the French government in recognition of her work.
