Frank Fitzsimmons

Frank Fitzsimmons was the president of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters from 1966 until his death in 1981. He was known for his ties to organized crime and has been implicated by James P. Hoffa as being part of the conspiracy that led to the murder of Hoffa's father, suggesting that Fitzsimmons feared Hoffa's return to leadership within the union.
