František Uhliarik

František Uhliarik is an activist associated with the initiative 'Chránime si naše' in Šurany, Slovakia, which opposes the construction of a battery factory in the area. He recently expressed his concerns during a city council meeting about the implications of a cooperation agreement with the Chinese city of Hefei. Although not a city council member, Uhliarik voiced his strong opposition to the memorandum, fearing that it would lead to loss of land and exploitation by foreign interests.
