Fränzi Schild

Fränzi Schild is the head of the women's department at BSC Young Boys (YB) in Switzerland. She is instrumental in developing the women's football program and is actively involved in addressing the challenges faced by young female players in the sport, especially during the heightened interest surrounding the UEFA Women's Euro 2024.
