Freddy Ayala

Freddy Ayala is a 38-year-old resident of the Obrero neighborhood in Pedro Juan Caballero, Paraguay. He is a childhood friend of Ovidio Ayala and a devoted follower of the Virgin of Caacupé. Freddy recently made headlines for undertaking a pilgrimage, walking from Pedro Juan Caballero to the Basilica of Caacupé, motivated by faith and gratitude. He participated in this journey alongside Ovidio, with the aim of attending the first mass of the novena for Caacupé 2025. Throughout their journey, Freddy highlighted the support and solidarity they received from family and friends, describing the experience as the best adventure of his life.
