Freddy Guillén

Freddy Guillén is the director of Operations for the Fuerza Pública in Costa Rica, where he plays a crucial role in coordinating law enforcement efforts, particularly in cases involving cross-border crime. Recently, he was involved in the apprehension of Jean Franco Segura Gómez, a suspect in the murder of two cousins in a bar in Heredia, Costa Rica. Guillén's leadership in collaborating with Nicaraguan intelligence units was instrumental in locating and transferring the suspect for prosecution.
