Freddy Otero

Freddy Otero is the grandson of the esteemed Bolivian poet Raúl Otero Reiche, and he was recently in the news for announcing the pre-sale of the second edition of his grandfather's poetry book, 'Adiós Amable Ciudad Vieja'.
