Frédéric Paul Jr. is a prominent Haitian musician and producer, best known for founding Mini Records in 1971 alongside Pérald Prosper. Originally from Petite-Rivière de l'Artibonite, he recognized the lack of Haitian music representation in the United States during his studies and sought to remedy this by creating a platform for Haitian artists.
