Frédéric Paul Jr. is a prominent Haitian musician and producer, best known for founding Mini Records in 1971 alongside Pérald Prosper. Originally from Petite-Rivière de l'Artibonite, he recognized the lack of Haitian music representation in the United States during his studies and sought to remedy this by creating a platform for Haitian artists. His vision led to the formation of the Mini All Stars in 1977, a supergroup that brought together some of the finest Haitian musicians, showcasing their talent and contributing significantly to the Haitian music scene.
