Frédy Blank

Frédy Blank was a Dutch woman who had a long-term, though discreet, relationship with Brazilian poet Manuel Bandeira. Their bond spanned over fifty years, and she played a crucial role in his life until her passing in 1966, after which Bandeira experienced profound sorrow and continued to reflect on their time together in his poetry.
