Fritz Huitfeldt

Fritz Huitfeldt was an influential figure in the history of skiing, known for creating the Huitfeldt binding, a widely used ski binding for decades. He is credited with being the first to depict the technique of plough skiing in his 1908 book 'Skiløbning i Text og Billeder', which is recognized as one of the earliest instructional texts on skiing.
