Froilán Peralta

Froilán Peralta is a former Paraguayan politician, known for his affiliation with the Colorado Party (ANR). He gained notoriety after being convicted of corruption but was released shortly thereafter. He is also the brother of Nelson Peralta, the executive director of Opaci, which has faced significant scrutiny.
