Fu Chunxi

Fu Chunxi is a prominent fish farmer in Cha Yuansi Village, Songmu Ping Town, Yidu City, Hubei Province. He has faced challenges regarding water rights for his fish ponds, often caught in disputes over water usage with local farmers. Recent reforms in Yidu have alleviated some of these issues, allowing him to secure a loan using his water rights certificate, enabling him to expand his aquaculture operations.
