Funmi Obasa

Funmi Obasa is a passionate supporter of the Nigerian women's national soccer team. Based in Abuja, she has voiced concerns over the inadequate investment and support for women's football in Nigeria. Obasa believes that while the government may offer one-time payments and gifts to the team, what is truly needed is a sustainable commitment to improving facilities, training, and overall support for female athletes in the country.
