Gabriel Cajigas

Gabriel Cajigas is the director of the Instituto para la Formación y Aprovechamiento de los Recursos Humanos (Ifarhu) in Panama. He has been instrumental in advocating for the approval of budget transfers to ensure the timely payment of scholarships and financial assistance for students. Recently, under his leadership, Ifarhu secured a budget allocation of over $57 million to cover pending commitments for scholarships from previous years and to support students in the 2024 scholarship competition.
