Gabriel Rueda

Gabriel Rueda is a remarkable Argentine nuclear engineer and elite trail runner, who rose from humble beginnings in a remote village in Salta. Born in 1991, he faced significant challenges during his childhood, including lack of electricity and basic resources. Despite these hardships, he excelled academically, eventually earning a degree in Nuclear Engineering from the prestigious Instituto Balseiro. Alongside his engineering career, Gabriel transformed his passion for running into a professional pursuit, competing in prestigious trail races worldwide. In 2023, he made headlines by finishing 13th in the Ultra-Trail du Mont Blanc, marking the best performance by an Argentine in the event's history.
