Gabriel Santamaría

Gabriel Santamaría is the head of legal advisory at the National Authority of Transparency and Access to Information (Antai) in Panama. Recently, he participated in a debate concerning proposals for a new digital platform that would publicly disclose beneficiaries of scholarships, while also ensuring the protection of minors' identities, in line with the country's legal requirements.
