Galymzhan Eleuov

Galymzhan Eleuov is the Deputy Akim of Aktobe Region in Kazakhstan, responsible for overseeing flood preparedness measures. As of April 2025, he has been in the news for his leadership role in enhancing the region's flood defenses, following severe flooding incidents in 2024. Under his direction, significant resources have been allocated for the construction and reinforcement of dams, as well as the establishment of emergency evacuation points to ensure the safety of the local population amid anticipated spring floods.
