Gao Mou, a student from Shanghai's Minhang district, was recently involved in a case concerning the renting of bank cards for the purpose of facilitating money transfers, which were linked to telecom network fraud. Despite realizing the potential illegalities of his actions, he was lured by the prospect of financial gain and subsequently recruited younger individuals into the scheme.
