Gary Birtles

Gary Birtles is a former professional footballer who played as a forward, most notably for Nottingham Forest. He was part of the team that won back-to-back European Cups in 1979 and 1980. Birtles is remembered for his contributions to the club during a successful period under manager Brian Clough. His career also included stints at various clubs in England and a brief spell in Australia, and he later transitioned into a career in media and coaching.
