Gaurav Malhan

Dr. Gaurav Malhan is a consultant psychiatrist who provided expert testimony during the trial of Brian Ibe, the man convicted of murdering Peter Kennedy. Dr. Malhan diagnosed Ibe with schizophrenia and testified that at the time of the assault, he was experiencing a psychotic episode, which impacted his ability to refrain from violence.
