Gavin Fineff

Gavin Fineff is a former financial adviser from Sydney who was jailed for defrauding clients out of more than $3 million to fund his gambling addiction. After being convicted of 12 counts of fraud, he is currently seeking to sue betting agencies Tabcorp and Entain in an attempt to recover funds for his victims, alleging that these companies engaged in predatory conduct by encouraging his gambling despite obvious red flags.
