Gedas Batulevičius

Gedas Batulevičius is the head of the Vilnius city branch of the State Child Rights Protection and Adoption Service in Lithuania. He recently commented on the tragic case of a missing sixteen-year-old whose body parts were discovered in trash containers, stating that prior to this incident, no reports had been received regarding either the victim or the suspect, both of whom are minors.
