Gelato

Gelato is a small kitten who arrived at Cincinnati Animal Care with a spinal injury that left him unable to support his own weight. Despite his challenges, he demonstrated a spirited personality, remaining curious and playful. The veterinary team, led by Mallory, created an improvised wheelchair using available materials, allowing Gelato to regain some mobility. His story garnered attention on social media, leading to a fundraising effort that ultimately resulted in a custom 3D-printed wheelchair designed specifically for his needs.
