Gennady Moyseychik, born on May 25, 1974, is a former police officer in Belarus who served primarily in public order enforcement and worked with minors. He began his career as a district inspector in Minsk in 1994 and rose to the rank of lieutenant colonel before being dismissed in 2015. Despite his law enforcement background, Moyseychik became involved in protests against the government, which led to his arrest on July 12, 2023.
