George Moanaroa

George Moanaroa is a Māori man who was diagnosed with a rare variant of acromegaly, a hormonal disorder characterized by excessive growth hormone production. After decades of living with undiagnosed symptoms, including significant physical changes, he received a life-saving diagnosis in 2022.
