Georges Kieffer

Georges Kieffer is the founder of Benu Village, Luxembourg's first and only eco-village, which aimed to create a sustainable community through various environmentally friendly initiatives. Established in 2015, Benu Village evolved from a parking lot to a vibrant neighborhood featuring a restaurant, clothing atelier, and plans for a hotel. However, financial troubles led to the organization's insolvency in September 2023, culminating in devastating fires in December 2023 that resulted in significant destruction to the village.
