Georgi Tschentemirow is a journalist and editor currently working for the 'Barents Observer' after fleeing Russia due to increasing censorship and threats following his outspoken criticism of the Kremlin's actions, particularly regarding the war in Ukraine. Once a prominent figure in Russian state media, Tschentemirow has since become a vocal advocate for press freedom and democracy from his new base in Norway.
