Georgios Grivas Digenis

Georgios Grivas Digenis was a prominent Greek Cypriot military leader and nationalist, best known for his role in the struggle for Cyprus's union with Greece. He served as the commander of the National Guard during the 1967 conflict in Cyprus and was involved in significant military operations aimed at defending Greek Cypriot interests against Turkish aggression.
