Georgs Kjurdians is a versatile pianist and composer who began his musical journey at the age of four with the guitar and transitioned to composition by age eight. Now studying at the TONALi Stage Academy in Hamburg, he collaborates with renowned artists like András Schiff and Julian Prégardien, focusing on making classical music accessible to diverse audiences. Kjurdians has won multiple international competitions and was nominated for the Grand Music Award for Outstanding Interpretation in 2020. His debut album, released in 2023, features works by Bach, Beethoven, and Brahms, while his second album, featuring piano transcriptions of Wagner's music, is set to release in early 2025. He is currently performing actively as a soloist and chamber musician.
