Gerardo Chirinos is a spokesperson for the Secretaría de Culturas, Artes y los Patrimonios de los Pueblos de Honduras (SECAPPH), who recently addressed the public to clarify misinformation regarding a promotional image falsely associated with a telenovela named 'RixiMar'. He confirmed that the image was a montage and that neither the telenovela was being produced nor sponsored by the Secretaría.
