Ghufran Ahmad

Ghufran Ahmad is the Managing Director of the Water and Sanitation Agency (Wasa) in Lahore, Pakistan. He has been at the forefront of managing urban flooding issues in the city, particularly during heavy monsoon rains that have overwhelmed drainage systems. Under his direction, Wasa has been actively deploying resources to drain inundated areas and protect low-lying neighborhoods from flooding.
