Ghulam Muhammad Shaheen

Ghulam Muhammad Shaheen is the Director of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) in Pakistan, who was recently in the news after being the victim of a robbery in the Bath Island area of Karachi. While walking to the OGRA office with his engineer, he was approached by assailants on motorcycles who stole his valuable mobile phone and wristwatch. Shaheen indicated he could identify the suspects and noted that CCTV footage of the incident had been captured.
