Gilda Monteiro

Gilda Monteiro is the chairperson of the Associação São Vicente and has been instrumental in organizing solidarity efforts for the victims of Tropical Storm Erin. She has communicated the urgent needs of the affected community in São Vicente and has worked collaboratively with various organizations to coordinate aid efforts.
