Gilda Montero Sánchez

Gilda Montero Sánchez is the president of the Asociación Nacional de Educadores y Educadoras (ANDE) in Costa Rica. She has expressed strong opposition to government measures perceived as limiting educational freedom, arguing they undermine the principles of democracy and the rights of educators to foster critical thinking among students.
