Gilkison

Gilkison is the chair and a founding member of the Whanake House Charitable Trust, which operates the Dairy Farm Training programme aimed at providing hands-on work experience for young adults with high-functioning disabilities. Inspired by her own son, who has Asperger’s, Gilkison has dedicated herself to creating opportunities for individuals like him, facilitating their connection with compassionate and patient dairy farmers.
