Gillian Deeny is a Wexford-based artist who, at the age of 52, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer after experiencing severe abdominal pain. Despite the grave prognosis, she has survived and continued to create art, including notable stained-glass windows, and recently shared her inspiring story at the 'Dare2Cure' symposium.
