Gillian Guthrie

Gillian Guthrie is the Chief Technical Director for Environmental Policy and Management in the Ministry of Economic Growth and Job Creation in Jamaica. She has been involved in discussions regarding the environmental implications of mining in ecologically sensitive areas, particularly in the Dry Harbour Mountains.
