Gilmar Gutiérrez

Gilmar Gutiérrez is an Ecuadorian politician and the president of the Partido Sociedad Patriótica, a political party founded by former president Lucio Gutiérrez. He has recently been in the news for publicly declaring his party's support for presidential candidate Daniel Noboa in the upcoming second round of elections scheduled for April 13.
