Gimebra Necephor Mghendi

Gimebra Necephor Mghendi is the head of the delegation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) for the English and Dutch-speaking Caribbean. He has been actively involved in disaster response and humanitarian efforts, particularly in light of the imminent threat posed by Hurricane Melissa, which is expected to impact approximately 1.5 million people in Jamaica.
