Gina Guillén

Gina Guillén is the Director General of Foreign Policy at the Costa Rican Ministry of Foreign Affairs and an appointed special envoy for ocean issues. She has been instrumental in Costa Rica's efforts to propose marine environmental management tools to the United Nations, particularly in light of the country's initiatives to protect strategic marine areas in the Pacific.
