Giorgi Matiashvili

General-Major Giorgi Matiashvili is the Commander of the Georgian Defense Forces. He has played a pivotal role in overseeing military operations and ensuring the readiness of Georgian troops. Recently, he has been involved in coordinating relief efforts in response to severe snowfall in the Guria and Imereti regions, where military personnel have been actively assisting local communities by clearing access roads and delivering essential supplies.
