Giorgos Papanastasiou

Giorgos Papanastasiou is the Minister of Energy for Cyprus, known for his efforts to enhance the island's energy connectivity and security. Recently, he met with Greek Energy Minister Stavros Papastavrou and European Commissioner for Energy Kadri Simson to discuss agreements aimed at decreasing Europe’s dependence on Russian natural gas and improving the energy infrastructure between Cyprus and Greece.
